The X-factor in watchmaking
The conquest of the unknown requires a fearless mind.
The case of each Ulysse Nardin timepiece is individually numbered on the side.
The movement of Freak X is a carrousel, turning once on itself every hour to indicate the time. It has no dial and no hands - the central bridge acts as a minute hand and one of the wheels indicates the hours.
Freak X is presented on an veal leather strap with a titanium folding buckle.
"With the Freak, Ulysse Nardin not only became a pioneer in the use of silicon (as such, it is a true game-changer in the watch industry) but developed a concept like no other in terms of design, display and technology."
