We have simplified the international return process for orders shipped to all countries managed by eShopWorld. To return your order, please click here to be redirected to our online returns portal.

Our Return Policy applies to all International orders.

What is your return policy? how many days do I have to return a product?

If you would like to return an item, you must notify Ulysse Nardin within 30 days from the date of delivery. You will then have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item via the dedicated portal - https://returns.eshopworld.com/uly

Returned merchandise must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund:

• All items must be in original condition with original tags attached. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
• Returns on items with a return tag attached will only be honored if the label has not been removed.
• Made to Order or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
• Items purchased at a Ulysse Nardin boutique, other retailer or distributor cannot be returned to Ulysse-nardin.com.

How can I return an item?

If you would like to return an item, you must notify Ulysse Nardin within 30 days from the date of delivery

Should you decide to return an item, please follow this procedure:

• 1. Login to the return portal (linked below)
• 2. Enter your order number and email address and select ‘Submit’
• 3. Select the item(s) you wish to return
• 4. Choose a reason for your return from the dropdown menu, and click ‘Continue’
• 5. On the next screen you will be presented with a set of instructions and next steps
• 6. Our customer service team will then contact you to confirm a pick up date for your return
• 7. Once confirmed, our carrier will collect the return and transport the item back to our facility

On receipt of your return, your items will be reviewed before a refund is processed. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 10-15 business days for your refund to arrive in your account.
